My 5 Daily Non-Negotiable Yoga Poses

✨Child’s Pose: one of my all time favorite poses, child’s pose allows for a sense of settling in within yourself. Great to do in bed when you first wake up

✨Cat + Cow: spinal mobility is so important for your overall health. A movement my body craves daily, especially first thing in the morning (another great pose you can do in bed)

✨Forward Folds: of any kind are great to add to your daily routine (legs can be wide or closer together or even sitting on the ground and folding over your legs are all fantastic options)

✨Malasana: so many benefits including improved mobility, releasing low back pain, stretches and strengthens lower body muscles and great for your pelvic floor health.

✨Supine Twists: twists are important for spinal health as well. A great option to hold for a few minutes each side before going to bed to decompress from the day.
